Our record of related successes emanates from criminal trials, plea and sentence negotiations in terms of the provisions of Section 105A of the Criminal Procedure Act, mediations, diversions, as well as assisting complainants in criminal matters in the capacity of watching brief. We represent clients in Magistrates Court, Regional Court and High Court matters, being particularly skilled in –amongst others - matters in terms of the Prevention of Organized Crime Act, matters related to exchange control regulation and customs and excise violations, contraventions of the Counterfeit Goods Act and all other commercially related criminal cases as well as contraventions of the Immigration Act and Bio-diversity legislation. We personally argue criminal appeals and bail appeals, and regularly argue appeals on brief from colleagues.

	Commercial We provide diverse legal services to an extensive and esteemed range of commercial clients, from large transport companies, security companies, roofing companies, multi-national construction companies, surveyors, restaurant franchises, shopping complexes, property developers, estate agents, jewellers, media houses, manufacturers, banking Groups and mining companies. We excel at drafting of all commercial agreements, related litigation as well as company and sundry administrative procedures. We have well-positioned strategic partners, assisting us in all expert fields of commercial law, and are accordingly able to comprehensively address every legal requirement of our diverse commercial client base.
	Labor Law We advise clients on labor law, conduct related litigation, draft all related agreements, and assist in settling related disputes. As recently as December 2016, we successfully interdicted employees from conducting an unlawful strike within the meat industry, safeguarding our client from substantial losses.
	Family law and the law of persons We have a well-established family law practice, handling divorces in all forums, harassment and domestic violence matters as well as matter involving the rights of minor children. We prepare ante nuptial agreements, life partner agreements, parenting plans and settlement agreements. One of our partners served on a school governing body for a number of years, gaining substantial expertise in the application of the South African National Schools Act and related legislation and regulations, drafting various policy documents and advising on all applicable aspects.
	Property Law Along with our strategic expert partners we are positioned to render all services relating to the property requirements of our clients.
